When you are viewing live footage, trying to reload historical events, or doing other settings, you may occasionally receive an notification telling you about 'Network Errors'. This doesn't happen often, but if it does, please wait for a few minutes and try what you were doing again. This issue is normally caused by a problem somewhere in the network connections between your Base Station, our cloud based servers and your smartphone, and usually resolves itself.
